أولا : الكتاب المقرر هو القواعد الفقهية على المذاهب الأربعة للدكتور مصطفى الزحيلي عميد كلية الشريعة سابقا بجامعة الشارقة, ويتناول الكتاب القواعد الكبرى وقواعد الإتفاق وقواعد الاختلاف عند كل مذهب

ثانيا : فترة الدورة

كل إثنين من 7.30 إلى 9.30 مساء لمدة 18 اسبوعا من 28 يناير 2019 إلى 29 يوليو 2019 ماعدا أيام العطل المدرسية ورمضان

عرض القاعدة الفقهية وشرح معانيها وكلماتها وذكر أدلتها وأمثلتها واستثناآتها , مع البدء أولا بفائدة القواعد وأهميتها ثم القواعد الفقهية الكبرى ثم قواعد الإتفاق ثم قواعد الإختلاف في المذهب الحنفي ثم المالكي ثم الشافعي ثم الحنبلى

COURSE TEXT
This specialist programme is based on Dr Mustafa al-Zuhaily’s book “The Maxims of Fiqh from the Four Madhabs”. Dr al-Zuhaily (RA) was the Dean of the Faculty of Shari’ah at the University of Sharjah (UAE). The book addresses the major maxims of Fiqh as well as the agreed upon maxims within the Four Schools and the principles of difference between each School.

COURSE OUTLINE
Each maxim will be presented and explained, along with the evidences for it and its exceptions, whilst giving examples for it. We will begin with the benefits of the maxims of fiqh and their importance, then move on to the major maxims, followed by the agreed upon maxims, followed by the unique maxims in the Hanafi, Maliki, Shafi’i, and Hanbali madhabs respectively.

Shaykh Ammar al-Shinquiti
Sh Ammar was born and raised in Mauritania were he memorised the Quran and many other Islamic texts at a young age. Thereafter he attended some of the best Mauritanian traditional education camps to study and memorise hadith, tafsir, qira’at , fiqh, usul al-fiqh and Arabic grammar and literature with prominent scholars. He also gained a Master’s degree from Nouakchott University specialising in fiqh and usul-al-fiqh. He has read and memorised the six books of hadith with senior ulema.
